• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests\u2019 needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

• Provide a warm welcome to every guest, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring correct keys and room numbers

• Maintain accurate records of all hotel guest account information

• Collaborate with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests

• Address customer complaints as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred

• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills

• Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

• High school diploma or equivalent required
