Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn Carlin. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in guests, provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and room rates, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, process payments, and resolve any issues related to guest accounts.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for new guests and that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in the hotel industry or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
