JOB TITLE: Dispensary Inventory Specialist
SUPERVISION:
- Directly report to the Dispensary Inventory Lead, with additional guidance from the Dispensary Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily availability of products on the sales floor.
- Implement and manage inventory tracking systems as directed by management.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of all supplies within the dispensary.
- Evaluate various suppliers for non-cannabis products to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Investigate and rectify any discrepancies in the inventory tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with all state-mandated inventory documentation.
- Develop expertise in METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory management systems.
- Keep a tidy and organized workspace.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree in Business or relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and time management skills.
- Practical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to foster positive relationships.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver's license or state identification.
- Successful completion of all required background checks.
- Must adhere to all legal and company regulations relevant to the industry.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50+ pounds of materials and products (100 pounds with assistance).
- This role may involve prolonged periods of standing or movement.
