Job Summary:

Medford Leas is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living Nursing Unit. As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will coordinate all nursing care for residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and supervise the duties of CNAs.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and deliver nursing care to residents

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Supervise the duties of CNAs

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered LPN license for the State of New Jersey

Annual Flu vaccinations
