Key Responsibilities:
Taking and monitoring patient vital signs
Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
Administering medication
Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
Maintaining accurate patient records
Requirements:
Min 1 year of experience as a LPN
BLS/CPR Certificate (preferred AHA)
Active LPN License for MA
2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and the other could be the supervisor or co-worker)
