Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at M Brothers At Mayo. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless service, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Greeting and Escorting: Greet incoming guests with a warm smile and escort them to their assigned table, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Communication and Coordination: Clearly communicate guests' needs to servers, managers, and other team members, ensuring that all requests are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and process to-go orders with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate a POS system to accept payments for food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible, contributing to an overall positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate guests' needs to servers, managers, and other team members.
  • Positive Attitude and Energy: Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Be comfortable working as part of a team, with a willingness to support and assist fellow team members whenever possible.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a Food Handler Certification, or be willing to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
