Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate healthcare providers and their teams on the various services we offer.
  • Provide therapeutic guidelines to align physician expectations regarding reimbursement.
  • Review patient records to accurately complete necessary documentation for coverage.
  • Tailor existing program components to suit the specific needs of assigned healthcare providers, adapting to both in-clinic and remote requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and promote ongoing quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Participate in Continuous Medical Education events and share insights on new developments.
  • Travel regularly to various healthcare facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in public or private reimbursement environments, pharmaceutical sales, managed care, or clinical support is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred, especially for roles in Quebec.
  • Previous experience as a Case Manager is a plus.
  • Basic CCPE knowledge is beneficial.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Able to engage with physicians and their staff as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.
  • Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms, particularly in English and French for specific provinces.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Adhere to performance standards and procedures as outlined by the program.
  • Must have a dedicated home office space that can accommodate company-provided equipment.

The successful candidate will interact daily with unilingual English-speaking clients, patients, or colleagues from various teams.
