Job Summary

Restaurant 604 is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a Breakfast Shift position. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the cook station, preparing and plating menu items, and communicating with the expediter/server to ensure seamless delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the cook station through proper station setup procedures, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Prepare and plate menu items to meet the quality standards set by our restaurant, paying close attention to presentation and detail.
  • Clearly communicate orders and needs to station cooks, including fry, salad, and other kitchen staff, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Communicate with the expediter/server when orders are ready for delivery, ensuring that dishes are delivered within 1 minute of plating.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
