Job Overview:

Position Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of project teams.
Initiate, review, and supervise necessary project administration and documentation.

Coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment with purchasing agents, focusing on buyout plans to meet or enhance established schedules and budget constraints.

Set up, monitor, and update project schedules.
Ensure that submittal reviews, processing, approvals, and logs are established and maintained.
Collect payments, progress billing, and retention receivables punctually.
Accountable for the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including ongoing cost control, management, and forecasting.
Prepare and submit all required project monthly contract valuations accurately and on time.
Review, approve, and process all subcontractor and supplier invoices.

Qualifications:
*Experience in commercial projects with MEP knowledge is essential.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Responsible for a specific department or functional area, either as a manager or expert.
Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel and other departments.
Make authoritative decisions and recommendations that significantly impact company activities.
Exhibit a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in addressing unprecedented complexities.
Define program objectives and requirements, organize projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities.
Proven expertise, typically with 10+ years of experience, including fiscal responsibilities.
A college/university degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally expected for specified technical roles.
