Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide therapy services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide support to students.
- Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders or a related field.
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Experience working with children in a school setting, with a strong understanding of communication disorders and disabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.
