Bags, a leading provider of airport services, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Curbside Concierge Check-in Agent to join our team. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our airline partners and their passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Check-in airline passengers and their luggage, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Issue boarding passes and tag bags for departing flights.
- Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions, and flight information.
- Ensure a high level of customer service to passengers and airline partners.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and push luggage cages.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift, carry, reach, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk 50% of the time.
Appearance Guidelines
- Present a professional business-like image at all times.
- Adhere to company dress code and grooming standards.
