MK1 Program Planning and Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MK1 Program Planning and Controls Specialist to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our MK1 Program Operations team, you will play a critical role in enabling Blue Origin's vision of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth.
This position will require your expertise in cost and schedule management, as well as your ability to work collaboratively with our Integrated Product Teams to develop and implement effective plans. You will be responsible for soliciting inputs on requirements and dependencies, developing Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and detailed IPT-level schedules.
As a Specialist in Program Planning and Controls, you will drive execution to these plans by coordinating status updates, collecting and inputting schedule performance, performing regular schedule forecast updates, and providing actionable schedule reporting. You will use schedule performance data to generate actionable metrics, key performance indicators, and schedule reporting artifacts to inform IPT leaders and influence future schedule updates.
This position will also require you to manage updates that support program Estimate to Completes (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EACs) exercises. As part of the PP&C functional team, you will support company-level initiatives aimed at driving consistency in schedule and cost processes, tools, and reporting across business units to drive operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
