About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Project Manager to join our team at HNTB. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering complex transportation projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope and fee quotations, and assist in the preparation of technical proposals and contracts.
  • Lead client contract scoping and negotiations, and serve as the primary client liaison.
  • Manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Perform technical discipline tasks, including analysis, reports, design, specification, and production.
  • Implement HNTB's project delivery plan, and lead the development and execution of the project management plan.
  • Supervise and mentor project staff to achieve overall project objectives.
  • Partner with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, client relationships, and pursuit efforts.
Requirements
  • 2 years of successful management of engineering projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
