Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and patients regarding plan benefits and eligibility.
  • Respond to member and provider inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve member complaints and problems in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to members regarding their benefits and coverage.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to four years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and internet software required.
  • Epic software experience a plus.
Work Environment

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be required to sit for long periods, use your hands to type and write, and talk or hear on the phone. You may be required to stand, walk, or sit occasionally. You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
