Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and review compliance documents for customer due diligence, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
  2. Conduct thorough background checks on customers and their associated parties, utilizing various databases and resources.
  3. Update and maintain customer due diligence records in our KYC tool, ensuring all data and evidence is up-to-date and compliant.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the due diligence process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring our team's processes and procedures remain compliant and effective.
Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, law, business).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
