About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Home Improvement Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing handyman and home improvement projects, including repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities
  • Completing jobs for customers with a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
  • Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their satisfaction
  • Representing House Doctors of Littleton in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
  • Completing administrative tasks, such as invoicing and payment completion for every job
Requirements
  • 2+ years of labor or customer service experience
  • Hands-on experience with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry
  • Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
  • Friendly personality and commitment to great customer service
  • A strong work ethic and high level of dependability
  • Able to perform physical labor work, including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
  • Driver's license is required
