Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial and family situations, establishing trust and confidence to address financial issues and offer solutions.
  • Wealth Management Strategies: Partner with internal and external resources to create holistic wealth management plans, meeting estate and financial planning goals of current clients.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Apply and communicate estate and financial planning concepts to clients, managing multifaceted accounts and reviewing tax, estate, and financial analyses and plans.
  • Business Development: Attract and retain high net worth clients through existing customer base, Centers of Influence, prospecting, and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other professional advisors to support overall planning needs and effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree required; JD, CFP, CTFA, or CPA designation preferred. Higher level education or certifications desirable.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, team player attitude, and proven business development skills.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Understanding of client needs, ability to analyze situations, and knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing and resolving problems.
