Job Summary

As an Armed Security Officer at Paragon, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your duties will include patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance cameras and alarm systems, and responding to emergencies. You will also be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, conducting thorough investigations, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure a safe environment
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to potential threats
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate assistance to clients and employees
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant environment
  • Conduct thorough investigations and write detailed reports of incidents and daily activities
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities to ensure compliance and accountability
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
