Shift Schedule: Full-time rotation
(1) Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
(2) Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Compensation: Starting at $31 per hour (plus shift differential when applicable), with increases based on experience and qualifications.

Role Overview: As a Charge Nurse (RN) at Aspire Health Partners, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to psychiatric patients. Your responsibilities will encompass assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibiting leadership skills while providing care to clients in crisis situations.
  • Evaluating and addressing the psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs of clients.
  • Administering medications and educating clients about their medications and potential side effects.
  • Documenting all aspects of client treatment accurately.
  • Supporting physicians with transcription and execution of medical orders.
  • Ensuring compliance through the completion of required training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid State of Florida RN license or an active eNLC multistate RN license.
  • Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
  • Successful completion of a Level II Background clearance.
