Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to join our team at DaVita Inc. as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will provide technical and service support to our Accounts Payable T&E team, with a focus on International operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for SAP Concur application, with an emphasis on International operations.
  • Support process improvements, special projects, and maintain T&E systems.
  • Develop and maintain accurate reporting throughout the organization.
  • Design and implement new system opportunities for the department.
Essential Functions
  1. Reporting (International/Domestic)
  • Prepare, modify, and develop selected reoccurring and ad-hoc Cognos reports.
  • Design queries and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Apply reasoning and creative thinking to turn abstract concepts into decision-making tools and reporting.
Process Improvement
  • Provide and recommend technical solutions to optimize data management and improve business processes.
  • Work with others to remove obstacles to achieve team and department goals.
  • Utilize Alteryx, macros, and VBA to streamline processes.
Innovation
  • Work with IT, Concur, and International/Domestic stakeholders to test and implement application enhancements and modifications.
  • Implementation of new applications or additional functions in current applications - including testing, documentation, and support.
System Maintenance and Support (International/Domestic)
  • Support and maintain SAP Concur.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with users using ticketing system.
