  • Document Patient Progress and Report Changes: Accurately document any changes in patient conditions and report on observations to supervisors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Communicate Effectively: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Previous Nursing Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Valid Driver's License and First Aid/CPR Certification: Possess a valid driver's license and current First Aid/CPR certification.
