Your Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will assist our clients in navigating complex technology challenges. Your ability to transform chaos into structured action plans will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  • Provide Epic-related consulting and advisory services, including:
  • Utilize technical expertise to implement and enhance EMR workflows and data collection.
  • Guide clients in elevating their system knowledge and analytical capabilities.
  • Assess operational and business needs, translating them into system configurations.
  • Create comprehensive build documentation and workflow diagrams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.
  • Provide transparent updates on project status and deliverables.
  • Develop thorough knowledge transfer documentation for client teams.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to ensure project success.
  • Participate in corporate functions and events as invited.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Active Certification(s): Radiant
  • 5+ years of experience as an Epic analyst or project manager
  • Experience in Epic implementation and optimization
  • Proven ability to deliver successful projects remotely
