The estimated salary for this role is $20 per hour.

Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include checking guests in and out efficiently, handling guest mail and messages, and developing a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies. Additional duties include taking reservation requests, answering switchboard calls, blocking rooms, monitoring room availability, and handling safe deposits by guests. The successful candidate will also keep the lobby and desk area clean and presentable, as well as have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
