Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Accounting Administrative professional to perform various accounting tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment and receipt of funds.
  • Process and track invoices, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive accounting or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in CDK is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CVR registration certification is required, or willingness to take the course.
