Job Opportunity at Miracle Motors Reading

Miracle Motors of Reading, a family-owned and operated auto dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our accounting department.

Responsibilities
  • Process documents for state registration, ensuring compliance with tax and title regulations.
  • Manage payoffs, registrations, and transfers for pre-owned vehicles, as well as license plate issuing and dealer titles.
  • Prepare and send bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts to relevant agencies.
  • Verify completeness and signatures on required forms, and check accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices.
  • Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts, and other pertinent information related to vehicle sales or transfers.
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to the DMV.
  • Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have experience in automotive titles.
  • Highly organized and eager to improve.
  • Willingness to take initiative.
  • Computer literacy, quality writing, and grammar skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Work with all levels of employees.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
