  • Collaborate effectively within immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply data center guidelines and best practices while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Approach all tasks with a focus on IT priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following skills are advantageous:

  • Experience overseeing vendor implementation of electrical, environmental, and mechanical enhancements.
  • Ensure that maintenance tasks are executed by vendors in accordance with manufacturer recommendations or industry standards.
  • Research, recommend, and manage vendor implementation of improvements in electrical, environmental, and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure that Request for Change protocols are established for data center services, repairs, and enhancements prior to any work commencement.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols for restricted areas within the data center.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of servers, storage, and networking technologies in a data center context (e.g., Nutanix, HP, VMWare, Cisco Switches) is highly beneficial.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.
  • Availability for evening or weekend support may be necessary.
  • Some travel may be required to support critical data center operations.
