Plant Manager

The Ready Mix Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of a ready mix plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train plant personnel to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor and control plant costs, including raw materials and labor expenses
- Coordinate with dispatch and scheduling teams to optimize plant operations
- Manage plant housekeeping, environmental, and safety policies to comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- 3+ years of experience in ready mix plant operations or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- DOT certification to manufacture concrete and concrete products
The Ready Mix Plant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and physical demands. The ability to wear protective equipment and perform tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling is essential.
