About the Role:

As a Pre-Licensed Therapist at Clarvida, you will play a vital role in delivering mental health treatment services that empower clients to achieve independence and self-sufficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individual and group counseling services, helping clients develop effective personal, social, educational, and vocational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote client progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with mental health patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Valid California driver's license and active auto insurance.
