We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Plastics to lead our research and development efforts in the Plastics product group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction on major new projects, planning and scheduling design and development projects, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a high level of technical skill and innovation in areas such as design, analysis, development, and testing of new products and components. You will conceive and execute enabling technologies with broad application in the area of electronics, control, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus attention on manufacturing and value deliver processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to corporate senior or executive management on Plastics technical matters.
  • Communicate and advocate technical strategy/information to top management.
  • Prepare project, technical, cost, and other reports to show project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least seven years of experience or Master's Degree in Engineering with at least five years of experience.

Salary Range: $117,000 - $149,500 per year.
