Job Description: As a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op, you will learn cross-functional processes required to design, manufacture, validate, and maintain Home Energy Products. This role is perfect for junior, senior, or graduate students enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably with a mechanical engineering discipline. You will engage in real-world projects that make a difference, contributing directly to our company purpose of creating an energy resilient world for a better future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning the cross-functional processes required to design, manufacture, validate, and maintain Home Energy Products
  • Working on impactful projects that make a difference in creating an energy resilient world
  • Developing strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and adhering to quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (junior, senior, or graduate student)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
