We are currently seeking a Fire Protection Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standard of safety and innovation in comprehensive fire protection services.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.

This role requires 2+ years of business-to-business customer service experience, with prior service department experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Assist Service Manager in tracking and addressing all jobs that are reopened due to missing information
  • Inform Service Managers of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration, and other matters affecting service operations
  • Measure branch activity and compliance with program initiatives, identify areas that require improvement, and develop and implement action plans with branch/region management
