Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial role
- Experience with full cycle general ledger closing or public accounting (audit) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A college degree is mandatory
- Familiarity with financial management software is advantageous

- Generate and update invoices related to client services and subscriptions
- Reconcile vendor statements with client invoices

- Conduct regular reconciliations of financial activities
- Ensure timely collection of receivables
- Maintain an organized accounting filing system
- Produce accurate financial statements within specified timeframes
- Uphold confidentiality of all financial information
- Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee contract management and ensure timely invoicing
- Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with regulations

Future Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize pricing and logistics
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms
- Verify completion of month-end financial processes
