About the Job

The Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Minnesota Medical School is seeking a full-time ABR board certified/eligible radiation oncologist. The successful candidate will be appointed to an academic rank, receive compensation, and have an appointment type based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor medical residents and medical students
  • Pursue scholarly work in the area of specialty/research experience
  • Develop collaborative or independent, externally funded research
  • Be active in national organizations and foster an academic environment
Requirements
  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • Board certified or board eligible in radiation oncology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited radiation oncology residency training
