Overview
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is a world leader in proven remotely piloted aircraft and surveillance systems. Our company seeks an experienced Project Administrator to join our Supplier Quality Assurance team.

Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will administer operational aspects of ongoing projects, develop plans, and participate in project plan development, design, and schedule. You will integrate and analyze project plans, ensure milestones are met, and represent the organization as a prime contact with outside organizations.

Responsibilities
* Administer daily operational aspects of one or more ongoing projects* Participate in project plan development, design, and schedule* Integrate and analyze project plans to ensure milestones and delivery requirements are met* Represent the organization as a prime contact with outside organizations* Provide direction to support and less experienced professional staff* Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements
* Typically requires a bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline and six or more years of progressive professional project administration experience* Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education* Must demonstrate a complete understanding of project administration principles, theories, concepts, and techniques* Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates* Must possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills* Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours as required* The ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance is required* Salary: $73,700 - $128,780
