We are seeking a skilled Residential Remodeling Specialist to join our team at Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen. As a leading home improvement company in San Diego, we offer competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Competitive Hourly Pay: $25-$35 per hour

As a key member of our remodeling team, you will perform bathroom, kitchen, and home renovations for residential clients. Your responsibilities will include removal of existing tubs or shower pans, installation of bath accessories, and completion of small to medium maintenance/repairs and home improvement projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform bathroom, kitchen, and home renovations for residential clients
    • Removal of existing tub or shower pan and replacing a new tub or shower base
    • Installation of bath accessories including standard shower doors
    • Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and home improvement projects/renovations

To be successful in this role, you will need at least four (4) years verifiable residential remodeling experience, strong background in general carpentry, plumbing, framing, electrical, and bath/shower installation, and the ability to lift, pull, and push over 100 lbs.
