Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join Norton Children's Medical Group as a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

About the Role

In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Practice Manager or RN, providing care to patients and families using age-appropriate principles of growth and development. You will demonstrate professional development and clinical competency, addressing health educational needs and managing patient care assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and support to patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Supervise students providing patient care, treatment, and services as part of their training
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A diploma in nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
  • One year of experience in an acute care setting (desirable)

Norton Children's Medical Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Our estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
