The Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the excellence, consistency, and efficiency of the restaurant kitchen. This role showcases culinary expertise by actively participating in tasks, leading the culinary team, and overseeing all food-related operations. CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required; 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related fields.
OR
A 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related fields; 2 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related areas.

The salary range for this position is $71,000.00 to $93,000.00 annually.
