Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
- Manage and maximize assigned territory to meet sales targets.
- Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed with homeowners.
- Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters on property to ensure accurate assessments.
- Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
- Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and build relationships by earning trust.
- Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
- Manage sales pipeline via our CRM and maintain regular communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and adhere to AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, and procedures.
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (preferred but not required).
- A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred for vehicle allowance).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
- Previous experience using a CRM platform (required).
- Industry knowledge (a plus but not required).
- Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
- Dedication to personal career development and reaching sales goals.
- A valid driver's license (any state applicable) and 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
