As a Consultant Architect within WSP's Architecture Division, you will be instrumental in the preparation and refinement of project documentation. Your duties will encompass site assessments, project visualization, conceptual design, and the development of construction documents. Working under the mentorship of a lead Architect, you will ensure that all project documentation adheres to and surpasses industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with field measurements and documentation
  • Translating as-built data into digital formats
  • Creating detailed architectural drawings
  • Investigating Federal, State codes, and local regulations
  • Producing precise visualizations utilizing design software
  • Engaging with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience
  • Expertise in design software (AutoCAD, REVIT, etc.)
  • Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with visualization tools (Rhino, Blender, etc.)
  • Experience in Transit Architecture
  • Professional Licensure/Certification

Compensation: WSP offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 - $122,900.
