About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Providence. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least 18 months of experience as a licensed nurse in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience as an office nurse.
