- Promover la Implementación de Lean: Supervisar la adopción de sistemas de manufactura y procesos lean en toda la organización, asegurando que estos procesos detecten, registren y minimicen efectivamente el desperdicio en calidad, rendimiento, eficiencia y costos. Coordinar proyectos para la implementación de iniciativas lean y su integración en las operaciones comerciales.
- Capacitar y Desarrollar Liderazgo: Orientar y guiar a la alta dirección y a los líderes de equipo en los principios y procesos lean, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua y excelencia operativa.
- Mejorar Controles de Ingeniería: Apoyar el desarrollo y la gestión de controles de ingeniería y puertas lean, asegurando que se alineen con los objetivos empresariales y contribuyan a la mejora del rendimiento general.
- Analizar y Reportar Tendencias de Desperdicio: Proporcionar retroalimentación procesable a los gerentes sobre tendencias y patrones de desperdicio, identificando oportunidades para el crecimiento empresarial y la reducción de costos.
- Supervisar Actividades de Reducción de Desperdicio: Dirigir los esfuerzos de reducción de desperdicio en línea para garantizar la adherencia a los principios de manufactura lean, incluyendo calidad incorporada, cumplimiento de horarios, control del tiempo y utilización de recursos.
- Impulsar Proyectos de Mejora: Liderar esfuerzos de resolución de problemas y dirigir proyectos de mejora enfocados en la reducción de desperdicio y la optimización de procesos. Utilizar el análisis de datos para guiar la toma de decisiones y el desarrollo de estrategias.
- Coordinar Métricas y Reportes Lean: Desarrollar y gestionar métricas lean, generar y distribuir informes de gestión, y crear un paquete de gobernanza para el liderazgo de planta para asegurar transiciones exitosas y rastrear el progreso.
- Auditar y Asegurar Cumplimiento: Realizar auditorías diarias de procesos lean para mantener el cumplimiento de estándares y asegurar la ejecución efectiva de los principios lean en toda la organización.
- Apoyar la Gestión del Cambio: Facilitar la gestión del cambio de proyectos mediante la implementación de prácticas lean en toda la instalación y comprometerse con los empleados afectados para asegurar transiciones suaves.
- Fomentar Colaboración y Capacitación: Apoyar diversas funciones, incluyendo capacitación y proyectos de mejora, para impulsar la efectividad empresarial general. Coordinar visitas de liderazgo y representantes de otras plantas.
- Otras Tareas Asignadas: Realizar responsabilidades adicionales según sea necesario para apoyar los objetivos comerciales y operativos.
Calificaciones:
- Educación: Título universitario en una disciplina relacionada (por ejemplo, ingeniería, calidad, gestión o negocios).
- Experiencia: Más de 10 años de experiencia laboral relevante en ingeniería, manufactura o campos relacionados, con un enfoque en liderar operaciones de manufactura complejas y de ritmo rápido. Se prefiere la exposición a liderazgo en ventas y negocios. Se puede considerar una combinación equivalente de educación y formación.
- Habilidades y Atributos:
- Pensamiento orientado a procesos y mentalidad estratégica.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con la capacidad de motivar y comprometer a los equipos.
- Experiencia comprobada en coaching, facilitación y liderazgo.
- Experiencia previa en manufactura lean es deseable.
