Calificaciones:

  • Educación: Título universitario en una disciplina relacionada (por ejemplo, ingeniería, calidad, gestión o negocios).
  • Experiencia: Más de 10 años de experiencia laboral relevante en ingeniería, manufactura o campos relacionados, con un enfoque en liderar operaciones de manufactura complejas y de ritmo rápido. Se prefiere la exposición a liderazgo en ventas y negocios. Se puede considerar una combinación equivalente de educación y formación.

  • Experiencia comprobada en coaching, facilitación y liderazgo.
