Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the store management team in the execution of administrative functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with all customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Support store management in the execution of administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate personnel files and perform daily cash office functions.
  • Assist with the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new associates and provide training and support as needed.
  • Ensure store team executes tasks and activities according to store plan and prioritize as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates to set and address priorities and provide progress updates.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others and provide support as needed.
