  • Documentation Management: Generate and manage essential project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), material submissions, and construction inquiries. Assess and propose solutions to guarantee the safe and efficient use of resources.
  • Technical Design Assistance: Support technical design evaluations, ensuring alignment with relevant design policies and standards. Work closely with the Facilities Management team and Design Working Group.

  • In-House Design Development: Create cost-effective designs for maintenance and repair projects. Conduct technical design work to produce comprehensive drawings, specifications, and work statements.
  • Proposal and Construction Monitoring: Participate in pre-solicitation site assessments, conduct technical evaluations, and oversee construction activities. Facilitate training for operational and maintenance of renovated systems.
