Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum, collaborating with the Director EHS-CCP Site and Infant Toddler Specialist.
  • Provide experiences that build on children's prior experiences, encouraging curiosity and exploration.
  • Model appropriate behavior and expectations, practicing positive discipline techniques.
  • Responsible for observing, documenting, and analyzing children's health, behavior, growth, and development.
  • Collaborate with families in reflective planning, sharing resources and engaging in ongoing communication.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and 45 DCF hours, 15 in-service hours per year.
  • CDA with a focus on Infant/Toddler or to complete it during the first year of employment.
  • Bilingual preferred.
