Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in the Child and Family Well-being department. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with the agency's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
Job SummaryThis is a fast-paced, flexible work schedule that includes evenings and some weekends to accommodate program needs. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, demonstrated through an understanding of agency strategic goals, market dynamics, and trends to identify the right talent for future needs.
Responsibilities- Develops aggressive retention strategies based on employee and leader feedback.
- Cultivates strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide technical support throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepares and updates interview guides for each posted job, ensuring hiring managers have the appropriate tools to make sound hiring decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
