With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and personalized service, you'll help bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring every detail is on point and within budget.

Responsibilities

Prepare precise and detailed cost estimates for custom home projects.
Work closely with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential pricing information.
Analyze project specs, materials, and labor to ensure the most competitive pricing.
Review and negotiate bids from subcontractors to ensure alignment with our high-quality standards.
Assist project managers in creating and managing project budgets, ensuring every job stays on track and within budget.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in custom home building.
Solid knowledge of residential construction, materials, and labor costs.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
Sharp analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with subcontractors and project teams.
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
