Position Overview

As a Team Supervisor at Propak Logistics LLC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our workforce towards achieving shared objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a productive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with facility management to ensure all team members are aligned with operational goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for personnel to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Perform regular inspections to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee the achievement of production targets and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure that pallets meet client specifications.
  • Clearly define daily tasks for team members to facilitate productivity.
  • Prepare necessary reports and documentation, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with management to uphold safety standards and training requirements.
  • Assist in the setup of work areas and ensure smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Associate degree from a two-year college or technical institution.
