- Coordinate conference calls and appointments for CPAs, ensuring efficient communication and scheduling.
- Process various types of payments over the phone from clients, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, providing exceptional service and support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on our services and products, ensuring accurate information and answering customer questions with confidence.
- Update client notes and records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and the CSR Manager as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as customer service or support.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Comfortable using computers and software applications, including MS Office Word and Excel.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform accurately with adequate speed and attention to detail.
