Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high volumes of incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a supervised front desk and ensure seamless customer support.
  • Coordinate conference calls and appointments for CPAs, ensuring efficient communication and scheduling.
  • Process various types of payments over the phone from clients, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on our services and products, ensuring accurate information and answering customer questions with confidence.
  • Update client notes and records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and the CSR Manager as necessary, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field, such as customer service or support.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfortable using computers and software applications, including MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods and perform accurately with adequate speed and attention to detail.
