The Valet Operations Supervisor will ensure operational excellence by overseeing multiple hotel and restaurant locations in downtown Dallas. In this pivotal role, you will manage service operations, recruitment, scheduling, and supervision of valet attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Conduct team member audits and ensure adherence to guidelines and policies.
  • Manage operating budgets, including labor and non-labor expenses.
  • Complete necessary company reports.
  • Provide new hire documentation to Human Resources.
  • Process payroll and tips for team members.
  • Investigate and report any claims.
  • Schedule personnel for all shifts across locations.
  • Assist with parking operations during peak times and emergencies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations in accordance with company policy.
  • Participate in weekly client meetings and coordinate event planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
