Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Cocktail Server to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide accurate and thorough information regarding menu items, pricing, and allergen information to guests.
  • Order Taking: Take and enter orders into the POS system promptly and accurately, ensuring that all food and drinks are served immediately and according to specifications.
  • Stock Management: Ensure that all necessary stock is being replenished during the shift, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, responding to guest concerns and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Maintain company safety and sanitation standards, adhering to all safety and health department procedures and state and federal liquor laws.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in POS systems.
  • Certifications: Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards, including a valid Driver's License.
